You may come to PGM show room to take measurement, or ask on site service (extra travel cost will be charged.)

a. Ladies & Men half body form, sculpture model or gypsum model design with mould fitting $2100 + regular dress form price ($299 or the regular price as its size)
b. Ladies & Men full body form, sculpture model or gypsum model design with mould fitting $3500 + reglar dress form price ($499, or the regular price as its size )
c. Large size women, or Large Size Men, or Children size dress form, or Half Scale size dress form custom made, price by quote.
***Custom made dres form, you can make for 1 or up to 20 pieces under same size***

B. Custom made Fitting your dress form fee:
You need to provide your own measurement.

a. Ladies & Men half body form, sculpture & measurement fitting design $1196 + regular dress form price
($299, or the regular price as its size)
b. Ladies & Men full body fomr, sculpture & measurement fitting design $1996 + regular dress form price
($299, or the regular price as its size)
c. Large size women, or Large Size Men, or Children size dress form, or Half Scale size dress form custom made, price by quote.
***Custom made fitting dres form, you can make only for one piece***

C. Custome made Duplicate your dress form fee:
You need to provide your sample dress form.

b. Ladies & Men full body fomr, sculpture fitting design with mould fitting $2596 + regular dress form price
($299, or the regular price as its size)
